## What happens on the call

You explain where the business needs to go, and what's in the way: a platform that won't scale, a bill that keeps growing, an AI feature you want to ship, a system you inherited. I ask the questions that would change the design. By the end, you'll know whether we're the right fit, and what the next step would be.

## After the call

If it's a fit, you get a written proposal: what we'd build, how, what it would cost to run, and a fixed price for each piece of work. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
