Who leads it
Lin Wong designs and builds the courses organisations train their people with. Trained in graphic design in Singapore, she worked for marketing agencies in Shanghai, then studied art at the National Art School in Sydney. Since 2016 she has worked in Sydney with public and private organisations, among them the NSW Government (Customer Service), Chobani, the Australian Psychological Society, Urban Utilities, Macquarie University and Goodman.

How an engagement works
- A conversation about the learners. Who they are, what they must do differently, and how you'll know it worked.
- A written proposal with a fixed price. The design, the format and the timeline, before anything is built.
- Design, then build. Storyboards you approve, then the course, tested in your LMS.

Can the course run in our LMS? Yes: courses are delivered as SCORM packages that track completion and results in standard learning management systems.
